Organization

Tri-Angel Adventist Media was formed in 2001 and is organized under California Nonprofit Religious Corporation Law primarily for religious purposes. The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are to obtain, produce, and distribute various forms of media for the advancement of Christianity and to promote a clearer and more accurate understanding of Bible scripture. Our California corporation entity number is C2366076 that can be reviewed at http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/.

Tri-Angel has been recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a Non-Profit corporation under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Tri-Angel are deductible under section 170 of the Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. Our Public Charity Status is 170 (b) (1) (A) (vi). Our EIN is 91-2163786 that can be reviewed at http://apps.irs.gov/app/eos/.

Tri-Angel was formed by a team including ministers and laypersons who are passionate about spreading the Gospel and recognize the value in the use of emerging media technologies to do so. Gary Reece is among the founding members and the current president of Tri-Angel.

Partners

Tri-Angel corporate offices and studio are located on the campus of Mountain View Academy (http://www.mtnviewacademy.org/), a Seventh-day Adventist secondary school located on Shoreline Blvd in Mountain View California. Mountain View is in the heart of Silicon Valley in the triangle marked by San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose. Each summer Tri-Angel also operates from the Soquel Conference Center in the Santa Cruz area to broadcast and record presentations at an annual gathering known as Camp Meeting hosted by the Central California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (http://ccc.adventist.org/). Recordings of the presentations can be viewed on demand at the Camp Meeting Channel (http://ccc.adventist.org/camp-meeting-channel-template), a joint venture between the Conference and Tri-Angel. What We Do

Tri-Angel has established a library of recordings including sermons, testimonies and music presentations. These recordings are available through our Internet storefront and selected titles are available as Podcasts and mp3 downloads. This site will build on these recordings to create a resource to make this content more available to you. As we launch this Internet Radio site it is our goal to expand to over air broadcasts through the Silicon Valley through the acquisition of broadcast facilities. For this effort we appreciate your prayers and support.
